Description
Assist in system analysis and design which includes gathering of requirements, operation impact analysis, technical system analysis & design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, QA and constant review.
Provide support and enhancements for ERP systems.
Prepare technical documentation and standard operation procedures.
Conduct ERP modules training and Conference Room Pilot sessions.
Work with various departments to develop and authorize the new ERP programs / report requirements.
Assist in development and trouble shooting of in-house applications.
Requirement:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor(:-)s Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.
Have at least 1 year working experience in manufacturing environment.
Involvement in ERP implementation would be an advantage.
Working experience with MS SQL Server, Crystal Reporting Tools and SQL Reporting Services.
Good team player, able to work effectively in virtual, cross cultural environment as well as with all levels of staff in the organization.
Possess positive attitude, with excellent trouble shooting and creative problem solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication skills in English and able to communicate effectively with users either through phone or emails. Knowledge of Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Willing to travel.
Exposure to Microsoft.Net environment preferred.
