Define and maintain strategies to identify key markets, segments and customers for company growth in construction of high technology manufacturing facilities.
Define business strategies by application of broad vision and knowledge in construction sector.
Drive new business development opportunities to prove long term growth.
Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively managing good communications between the parties.
Develop new and enhance existing clientele base and network.
Liaise with government authorities where necessary.
Requirement:
Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing or equivalent. Related Professional Training or Certification.
Minimum 8 years of working experience in business development function with design & construction company.
Strategic linking skills with successful track record in related field is a must.
Strong background and demonstrated experience in construction industry business development.
Demonstrated success in organizational and people development.
Self motivated, initiative, pleasant and trustworthy personal character.
Excellent financial analysis, negotiation, communication and written skills.
You should be proficient in English; with good interpersonal, communication and leadership as well as sound decision-making skills. You should also be assertive, independent, results-oriented, energetic, innovative, self-motivated, flexible as well as able to manage in a highly complex, fast-changing and competitive environment. Most importantly, you must be willing to work in a team environment.
